Edithburgh, Troubridge August 2017 Club trip

The bus will leave the Bunnings car park, Parafield Gardens at 4.00am with a stop at Port Wakefield Roadhouse on the way up.On the return journey we will again stop at Port Wakefield.
A jetty, rock & beach trip. Edithburgh jetty has produced bag limits of tommies in the past and king george whiting are not uncommon at this venue while Troubridge generally returns mixed bags of tommies, salmon trout and rock species.
The coach will drop off at Edithburgh then on to Troubridge to the fence line then to the “T” junction where it will remain for the day with the weigh in being held back at Edithburgh. Heaviest fish on 3kg line (there isn’t one, yet) is up for grabs as is the nominated species a salmon leads with a weight of 1.900kg with the heaviest fish saltwater now being 1.900kg and the heaviest saltwater bag leader is 13.100kg.
This is a free trip to members so get the lead out and go fishing!!!
As this trip is free to members spend a few extra dollars on the raffle.
The raffle will have a first prize of a Penn Slammer 460 fishing reel which retails for just over $100.
$1 per ticket as usual.
Remember, you must be on the trip to participate.
