We had 20 members attend and the weigh in consisted of tommy roughs, sweep, trevally, mullet, rock cod, drummer, leather jacket and salmon trout.
The weather saw a rather brisk wind blowing from the south for those that fished Troubridge that made it a bit choppy but there was minimal rain during the day. Frank Kertes had the heaviest bag in Veterans Division 1 with Joe Librandi taking out the honours in the Veterans Division 2 category. Duncan Horne won Seniors Division 2 while Craig Ranford took out the heaviest bag in Seniors Division 1.
Frank Kertes caught one of the drummer caught on the day and took out the heaviest fish while young Oscar Klingberg on his first trip as a junior won the Juniors Division.
Notable mentions: Geoff Hay for the only bag out on anything on the day not bad considering at the moment I wouldn’t back him in a two horse race against a dead rabbit! To Frank and Craig for getting mileage out of the two drummer and of course to Oscar for not only winning the juniors but he out fished dad and everybody else on Edithburgh jetty, well done!
