Nappers Bridge 30th October 2016

Attended by 25 members and 1 visitor the weigh in consisted of Carp. The weather was on the cool side for this time of year but in the afternoon the wind was a nightmare just as well the carp were hitting like freight trains.

Gleesons Landing 1st May 2016

We had 21 members attend and the weigh in consisted of mullet, garfish, rock cod, tommy roughs, zebra fish, weed whiting, king george whiting and bream. This was a day to test most anglers- high winds, dirty water and a big swell made it rather difficult to remind oneself that this was fun!

Cadell 31st January 2016

We had 25 members and 2 visitors attend and the weigh in consisted of carp.

A decent day although rain threatened early but never eventuated, then the sun came out and a brisk breeze blew up in the afternoon.

Peter Riddle took out the honours in Veterans Division 1 with the most fish and heaviest bag overall therefore gathering most points overall, well done. Craig Ranford won Seniors Division 1 although his bag was not up to his normal standard at Cadell.

Port Victoria 29th November 2015

We had 25 members attend and the weigh in consisted of chow, tommies, drummer, trevally, snook and mackerel.

A beautiful night weather wise with a gentle breeze although it did have a nip to it, it certainly wasn’t causing any problems with the fishing.

Nappers Bridge 25th October 2015

Attended by 28 members and 1 visitor the weigh in went as follows: 602 carp for a total weight of 1206.290kg. That’s correct 2kg carp everywhere and that equated to the biggest weigh-in in the history of the club with an average weight par attendee being 41.600kg.

The weather was hot in the morning with wind in the afternoon but with these sorts of weights to be taken back to the weigh-in, the heat took its tool on our members.
